Fresh coarse ground New Mexican red chile. This medium hot coarse N.M. red chile can be used to make adovada sauce (marinade for pork, beef, chicken) or added to guacamole,soups, stews, spaghetti sauce and even combined with other seasonings to make a rub for meats.
